Do you recognise yourself as analytical with great knowledge in CRM channels? Are you up for a new challenge, as we are looking for our new CRM Specialist? Then we believe you might be a perfect match for our team!  

Your role in our team. You are a part of our Global Sales Department, where you work towards all our markets globally. In your role you take the lead of our CRM activities in all our communication channels.

In your role you analyse our CRM communication on daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal basis and make sure to update the insight to relevant stakeholders. You lead the work of building and identifying new segments in line with our channel strategies. You take on the role as superuser in our CRM system and keep your colleagues updated as well as training your colleagues when needed. Since you keep updated on retail trends within this area you improve our business making sure to optimise sales and find new customers. You also make sure to execute the bonus program and monthly bonus send outs for our customers.

Is this you? You recognise yourself as analytical with a business-driven mindset. Seeing results in your work, always with the customers in mind are things you know well. In your daily work you are self-going and organised, and value working in close collaboration with colleagues from all over the organisation. You have great communications skills and being flexible and taking initiatives comes natural in your daily work. You have the ability to combine data and analysis with the knowledge from marketing and consumer behaviour.

You enjoy working in an ever-changing environment, where you get to grow, learn new things and work with colleagues from different parts of a company. Leading yourself, being active in your own development and giving and taking feedback are all things you know well. You are curious about digital tools and how they can support you and help you to improve your work. You believe in togetherness and you are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:   

Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Experience working with CRM in a similar role in retail preferably with an omni-channel approach in an international environment
Good knowledge, and experience of CRM systems, preferably Voyado, Adobe Campaign or similar
Google Analytics certifying (GA)
Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
