Poolia IT Presentation Poolia is now looking for a CRM system manager for one of our clients. The job is a full time position and you will be situated in our client's office in Upplands Väsby. Welcome with your application today. Arbetsuppgifter As a CRM system manager you will develop and maintain CRM system as an application/system owner (SB2B part and related modules). The job consists of: -maintaining and develop current functionality - understanding categorization, segmentation, attributes, partner portal, third party integration and other customer database functionality - informing and train sales departments about how to use the system in order to improve customer and partner relations - collecting internal and external users requirements for enhancements and identify suitable module or propose new functionality to HQ. You will also be ambassador for sales and marketing personnel usage of the systems. Furthermore, you will also be counterpart in discussions with HQ and make sure that HQ implementations are done correctly at SENA. Utbildning/erfarenhet For this position we believe that you have relevant education, data base knowledge / management and you are skilled in application and it (data base usage). You should also have knowledge from CRM, know how to use MS Office (mainly Excel) and be skilled in English. Furthermore, it is good if you have experience of channel sales and marketing and project management. As a person you are a good presenter and a skilled trainer. You believe in taking own initiatives and drive implementation.
