CRM Technical lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Peoplesoft Technical consultant to oversee and manage all technical aspects of our applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and implementing custom solutions within the environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead a team of developers in the design and development of custom solutions within the Peoplesoft environment
Provide technical support and guidance to end users
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues within Peoplesoft applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Peoplesoft systems
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Peoplesoft development

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in Peoplesoft development and support
Strong technical proficiency in Peoplesoft tools and technologies
Experience leading a team of developers in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
