Cruise team leader

Red City Buses is a part of the group company Tourism Group International, with its subsidiary companies Tours & Tickets Stockholm and Skärgårdsrederiet Sweden. Together with Skärgårdsrederiet we operate under the brand name Red Sightseeing where we provide Hop-on Hop-off bus & boat services for visitors in Stockholm. Besides the above Tourism Group International is active in Amsterdam, Rotterdam Berlin and Copenhagen, and own and operates a diverse portfolio of attractions.
We are now looking for a highly motivated, service minded and organized person to lead our team at the cruise ports.
Our vision is to provide the best sightseeing service in Stockholm with high focus on providing great service, efficiency, and safety for our passengers.
To reach our vision and targets we need a team leader that is adaptable to our business needs, motivates our staff to achieve our sales targets, follows our vision and encourage our team to give that extra to go above our customers expectations.
A cruise team leader will ensure we have staff by the port on each cruise day to provide tickets and information to cruise passengers when they disembark the cruise ship, also communicate with traffic leaders to ensure we have buses ready to take passengers aboard, and to keep dialog with the cruise ship tour managers at the port. It´s an important role which requires good team leading and communication skills.
Key accountabilities
· Schedule staff for our port calls
· Secure that your staff have full knowledge about our products, work equipment, routines, and internal communication.
· Secure we have tickets prepared for cruise passengers.
· Secure that your team has all necessary equipment at port calls.
· Support your team on port calls - make sure our staff are ready to help and assist cruise passenger with tickets and information when they disembark the cruise ships.
· Manage the ticket sign up reports with the cruise ship tour managers.
· Daily update your team about the operation and follow up with weekly meetings and employee evaluations.
Requirements
· Excellent people management skill with ability to monitor performance and productivity
· Excellent customer service skills
· Great communication skills in Swedish and English
· Experience in monitoring sales
