CS Core Customer Service Engineer

3GNS is a mobile system consulting company with main focus on the 3G system. A growing telecom market brings along the opportunity to work at 3GNS with developing services both in Sweden and in several other counties. We are now looking for a CS Core Customer Service Engineer with deep experience within Nokia CS Core 3G equipment. The purpose of the job is to plan and perform technical activities to serve our customer independently, directly or through customer interface. Key responsibilities - Plan and execute technical tasks according to given tasks, along with existing processes and instructions. - Work with the responsibility of responding to customer problems directly or through internal customer interface. - Solve technical problems. - Correct difficult technical area faults and performance degradations in the managed network - Work as Project Manager for SW Upgrades - Responsible to involve the development and implementation of Operations & Maintenance processes - Responsible to involve the development of Operations subcontractors on-the job training - Perform upgrades, Testing new features, Implement configuration changes - Produce work instructions. Key competences and skills needed for the position - 2 years directly related experience of the above - Good knowledge of Nokia Core products - Knowledge of CS Core based technology - High level experience in Nokia 2G and 3G equipment - Experience in operating telecommunication networks - Good experience in communicating with different groups/teams - Good experience in communicating with different groups/teams - Analytical and conceptual thinking - Collaboration skills - Customer service orientation - Integrity and credibility - Planning and organizing skills - Problem solving skills As a person you are positive, flexible and organised.
