CS Core Engineer

UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry.Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas.Through UCG Recruitment we also help customers recruit personnel in the same areas.We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.For our customer we are now looking for a for CS Core Engineer.Our client is seeking CS Core Engineers for contract work in Eastern Europe and Dubai.You would be contracted to a Swedish company.The length of the assignment will be determined in discussions with our client. As our client explained: We are looking for CS Core Engineers with deep experience within Nokia in order to manage the in-depth specified technical support at a NOC. Purpose of the job: Manage the in-depth specified technical support for the NOC regarding MSC (s/w release M11) and Media Gateway. Key responsibility areas: Correct technical area faults and performance degradations in the managed network Responsible for software upgrades Responsible for the development and implementation of operations and maintenance processes Skills and knowledge: Analytical and conceptual thinking Collaboration skills Customer service orientation Planning and organizing skills Problem solving skills Experience: High level experience in Nokia 3G or GSM equipment (routing, charging, signaling, software upgrades, change deliveries and new packages) Experience in REL.4 Core Networks Experience in Traffica, NetAct and NetHawk Experience in operating telecommunication networks Education: BSc, technician or equivalent To achieve a more even gender distribution among our consultants we are positive to female applicants.We would like applicants to submit a detailed CV in Word-format.In this ad we are primarily looking for employees, but we also invite persons operating their own companies to apply.We decline approaches from recruiters and other sales persons.
