CSA Design Manager

Your Tasks Include
Communicate conceptual designs and create/maintain project documentation before, during, and after construction;
Maintenance of Basis of Design, prototype design, and template specifications for architectural elements;
Create, review, and release design RFPs;
Manage our external design consultants through the design and construction process.
Coordinate with internal and external Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, and Cabling design engineers;
Effectively communicate design standards to internal and external project partners.



Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Architecture and/or Architecture/Engineering license
+5 years of experience in Data Center design and construction
Vendor and consultant management skills
Working knowledge and experience with large scale mechanical and power systems
Working knowledge of international building codes and construction techniques
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and high quality standards.
