CTO to Greenely

Background
We are now looking to recruit a CTO to join Greenely, an award-winning startup with offices in central Stockholm. Here is the opportunity to put your mark on a tech startup that is growing at a rapid pace and whose goal is to make the world better.


Description of the role
As Greenely's CTO you will be responsible for our technical platform and the vision of it, taking on an operative architectural role fully responsible for leading the tech team and developing our platform in line with the overall company strategy.
We need a hands-on CTO that identify what needs to be done and do it - you're not too big for any task. You are genuinely excited about solving user problems.


Required skills
At least 5 years of experience from working as an architect.
Experience of working with development of strategies and road maps.
Strong experience with agile approaches to engineering.
You have worked with quality assurance of technical solutions. You are also well experienced deciding on options for technical frameworks.
You have experience of leading and coaching a group of individuals.
You are fluent in English, both in writing and speaking since it is our working language.
