CTO/VTO of Fixed-Network MKT Division

Description: Responsible for peer-to-peer communication with high level customer?s executives including CTO/VTO, CEO, COO,VPs, Directors, and any other decision-making leaderships, and showing them our talents, senior capabilities and experiences, to win customer?s confidence. Introducing our Fixed-Network product solutions to customer decision-making leaderships and convince them. Getting key requirements from customer and push R&D HQ to meet customer?s demands. Building up the Technical Marketing team and act as leadership. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in CS/EE or equivalent, with 10+ years experience in datacom/Telecom industry. More than 6 years of experiences of IP Router, or Ethernet Switch, or WDM devices and networking. Deep knowledge of IP/Ethernet or Optical WDM devices and network. Senior role from competitors or Operators, such as CTO/VTO, Senior technical or management role (Chief/Senior architect, director, VP, etc). Ability to solve complicated problems involved Excellent interpersonal skills, and customer-facing skills. Available for mid-frequent international/domestic business travel
