Customer Advisor to Transcom in Riga

Would you like to develop your skills in service and support? Are you interested in doing it in another country? Otiga are now looking for a Customer Advisor for our client Transcom in Riga, the capital of Latvia. In the job as the new Customer Advisor you will answer customer calls and give high quality service about money transfer to customers.

With you as our new colleague you will get valuable international work experience in a huge company who has 60 different nationalities. Transcom will help you to integrate in a new country, such as finding an apartment, before that you will stay at the hotel for free, and the flight tickets will be paid for you. As our new colleague you will get involved in a youthful and enthusiastic work environment with great co-workers. For us at Transcom, a good introduction is important, therefore you will get a good introduction to the work. In addition to the employment relationship, you can join recreational activities, different competitions and you can work out for free in the gym. Finally, you will get occupational health care.

It’s awesome if you can work at least 6 months, but if you want you can also get a permanent job. Working hours are between Monday-Sunday 09.00-21.00, 160 working hours per month.

Which one are we looking for? We hope that your are a brave, motivated and flexible human, who thinks that communication is an important tool for understanding the customer. Therefore, we see that you have good communication skills and you want to create the best kind of customer experience for each customer. A requirement is that you can communicate in Finnish and English, then you will deal with Western Union users in Finnish.
