This unique opportunity encompasses a hybrid role, bridging our Customer Service and Technical Support teams. On the customer service side, you'll assist clients with subscription and invoice inquiries, while on the technical support team, you'll engage with our popular &frankly product. Flexibility in handling diverse tasks is essential. Experience in a KPI-focused environment would be advantageous.

In this role, your exceptional listening and problem-solving skills will be vital in exceeding customer expectations.
