About the position
We are looking for a Customer Care Development Manager for our client, a successful and fast-growing electric car company based in Gothenburg, where this service is located. You will lead a diverse function within Customer Care which includes defining the strategic direction of Global Customer Care.
Your daily tasks
You will be working to improve the processes, ways of working and manage transformational projects. The Strategy and Service Development team has the important responsibility of defining the strategy of Global Customer Care, to facilitate a world class customer experience. The focus in this role is to lead a team strategically and operationally within their respective functions. You will coach, train, and support your team members. These are your responsibilities:
Establish overarching direction and strategy for the functions you will engage in.
Work closely with various internal stakeholders such as Customer Experience, Digital,
Customer Care Centres, and market teams.
Collaborate with local market organizations to secure scalability, consistency, and performance.
Act as the Project Manager for the in-housing of our Care Centres.
Carry out various people management responsibilities i.e., leading, coaching, providing feedback, administration, etc.
Secure and share relevant insights, reporting and KPIs both within your function and across the wider company setting
Managing budget processes.
Managing prioritization processes.

Qualifications:
You have a BSc or MSc degree in relevant field
You are a skilled and experienced project manager, used to work in an international environment with large scale projects covering multiple areas/functions and senior stakeholders
You have experience in leading business development initiatives
You have a minimum five years of experience in a role that includes leadership and management responsibilities.
Previous experience of Contact Centres is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English and Swedish

Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until February 2024. Start 11th of January 2023.
