Position Customer Care Representative

Our client is a 100% daughter company of the KLM. The customer service center in Amsterdam handle flight reservations and give information and support to their clients. Customer contact is done via inbound or outbound telephone calls, e-mail handling and web support or formal written correspondence.
We are looking for native Swedish speakers for following position

Customer Care Representative
?General complaint handling within agreed procedures and timelines.
?Investigation of complaints and approving possible compensation.
?Reports trends in passenger reactions and advises on possible improvements.


Requirements

.Preparatory university or intermediate vocational education level.
.Experience in working in a customer care environment of a commercial or service oriented company.
Excellent knowledge of English and Swedish
.Working knowledge of Word and affinity with computer systems in general.
.Experience in travel/service industry a pre
.Customer focused
.Excellent communication skills

We expect you to live and stay in Holland for at least one to two years
