We are in need of skilled and dynamic personel who are committed to improve and uphold the reputation of our Sales and Service Centre. Are you friendly, energetic, communicative and can you work under pressure without breaking a sweat? Then we've got the job for you!

Purpose of the job
Cygnific provides service for KLM and KLM Sky Team partners, such as AirFrance, Delta & MartinAir. As a Customer Contact Representative in our Sales and Service Centre you answer travel related questions coming from KLM's customers and, if applicable, travel agents.
You suggest opportunities for them to fly with KLM and make the travel reservations or help them solve their own specific problem while visiting KLM website. You look for improvements in the process and take further action if needed.

The department is open from Monday till Friday between 08:00 - 18:00. You will be scheduled in
flexible rosters between these hours. On a six weeks schedule you know what to expect and when you are expected to work.

So, what does the job involve further more? On the job, you can expect the following:

1. Customer Services
You give general information, support and service in an effective way to customers and,
if applicable, travel agents in order to improve customer satisfaction.
2. Reservations & Sales
You give information to KLM's customers on flight fares, availability and schedules, recognize sales leads and acts upon them, explain advantages of the KLM product over competitive airlines and searches for alternatives if the customer's initial wish cannot be fulfilled in order to conclude a sale and to increase turnover for KLM.
3. Feedback
Provide feedback to KLM about the use of KLM.com and suggest improvements.

Sounds good, doesn't? But, because we provide the highest possible level of quality, we do ask for the following. You have:

. General or professional secondary education level of work and perception
. Fluent knowledge of English and in at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Danish
. Experience in working with computers

Preferred is:
. Education in tourism
. Proven sales & service attitude
. Experience in working at a call center and/or in a travel/airline related industry

. Sales & customer service orientation

Based nearby Amsterdam Airport, Cygnific provides Sales- & Service activities KLM, AirFrance, Delta and Martinair. We do this for 19 West-European countries in 11 different languages.
