Customer Function Developer | 100% Remote

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Customer Function Developer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Your primary objective will be to establish the functional requirements and description baseline for the customer function "Optimized Maintenance." Based on how the car has been used, the function optimises the timing and content of maintenance.


According to the data models, it will send the customer a booking invitation for the next maintenance appointment, only including components that are nearing the end of their useful life.
The main goal will be to agree on the definition with stakeholders and to clarify content, boundaries, and contributing product functions in close collaboration with other competences.


Within the team, you will also contribute to the long-term strategy for Customer Functions. You'll be in charge of maintaining, managing, and growing the function over time.






Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
We are looking for people who have worked with functions, created use cases, and know how to break them down into requirements, preferably in SystemWeaver/ CarWeaver or similar tools. You are capable of working with technical documentation, requirement management, and documentation review.


Experience in service business operations, as well as workshop tools, processes, or other work related to car service and repair, is highly valued.


You have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of delivery, and a personal eagerness to achieve results and get things done in a timely and quality manner.


You are a person who is ambitious, energetic, creative, and open-minded. You enjoy both learning from others and sharing your knowledge with your coworkers.




Other:
Experience with system tools like Rhapsody or VISIO is also advantageous.
