Sales/SBU NEU/Service Sweden and Finland
Vestas Northern Europe is a sales business unit covering the Nordic countries, UK, Ireland, Poland and the Baltics. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern Europe the best place to work.

Responsibilities
You are responsible to drive the business and its growth by delivering first class customer service, sales and exceed customer?s expectation. The role holder acts on behalf of the customer internally within Vestas to ensure that we deliver on the customers? Business Case. You will be responsible for delivering complex after sales projects.
- Responsible for the revenue for own customer portfolio
- Drive and seek new business opportunities
- Responsible for aftersales budget for own customer portfolio
- Create, build and retain excellent customer relationship leading to high customer satisfaction as well as solid financial success for both the customer and Vestas
- Ownership of the customers service experience including CLS
- Overall responsible of creating and securing administrative routines with new and/or existing customers
- Actively participate in the hand overs of new wind parks from sales and construction
- Secure that Vestas deliver according to supply and service agreements
- Responsible to secure that as many contracts as possible are renewed with Vestas
- Create, build and retain excellent relationship with other departments within Vestas
- Service customers main point of contact at Vestas
- Actively position Vestas Service in the local market and internally in Vestas
- Drive projects in collaboration with and for the customer

Qualifications
- Ability and knowledge how to be successful in delivering sales and excellent relationship to Key Account Customers
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with both external customers as internal Vestas departments at different levels
- High technical competence in mechanics and software
- Great understanding of the processes within our core business
- Ability to understand and use complex IT tools and systems
- Financial and legal understanding
- Ability to drive projects both independently and in a team
- Great Communications skills
- Great negotiation skills
- Ability to get involved in complex technical and contractual issues
- Self driven and self-motivated

Competencies
- Working with sales
- Proven skills in delivering on budget and delivering a good customer experience in a cost efficient way
- Technical background and/or Technical education
- Advanced English and Swedish language both written and orally
- Computer literate and good skills in Microsoft office
- SAP literate
- Driving license since some traveling is necessary
- Bachelor degree or relevant work experience

Additional information
The primary work location is Malmö.
Travel days must be expected.
