Customer Order Coordinator (SCM)

You will ensure that customer orders from our sales team are transferred to production orders while working closely with our in-house sales team and other Supply Chain teams; Production Planning and Logistics. We strive to coordinate in an optimal way to keep customer promises and keep net working capital within our set key figures. About the role:

Ensure that customer orders are transferred to production units
Provide status updates and communicate with sales teams
Analyze the service level (delivery precision) and find continuous improvement measures if necessary
Collaborate with people in different departments, levels and sites
Continuous work to improve and develop both the business and the role

Who are you?

Master's degree in relevant field (for example, in logistics, industrial economics, information science, materials or metallurgy)
A few years of relevant work experience is required
Interest in working in different areas and the willingness to take on new responsibilities and projects
Very good ability to communicate, cooperate & act flexible
Analytical ability and can make informed decisions
Willingness to travel
Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
