Customer Project Manager

Customer Project Manager As Customer Project Manager you will be responsible for implementation projects or upgrade projects for our solutions at our customers.The projects include implementation of Carrier CockpitT Suite which includes configuration of the product, integration to external systems and services to introduce the systems in the customer organization. You will be responsible for the administration, planning and follow-up of international projects for a group of 3-10 persons and to deliver projects with defined quality, time plan and budget.You are also expected to be hands-on oriented in the project activities and have an interest in the product and the customer's business.It is important that you understand the customer organization and have the ability to cultivate relations at all levels in the customer organization.As the project team is small, the Ascade team members on site are expected to Your daily activities include: - Implement Carrier CockpitT Suite according to time plan and budget fulfilling the contractual customer requirements - Lead the Ascade project team and act as an ambassador for Ascade - Report project deviations and take actions when required - Hands-on assistance with Carrier CockpitT (assist customer in testing, training, answering questions etc) - Assist Ascade Sales/Account Managers with project estimates We are looking for a person with high analytical skills and driving force.You have a strong dedication to deliver high quality solutions.You have good social skills that will be of benefit in your contact with the customers.It is important for you to work in an environment with very competent colleagues that can propel your personal development.The right person will have the chance to take on large responsibilities, influence how work is performed and have fun!The applicant should - Have at least a couple of years experience from similar work - Have an academic degree in Engineering, Business or similar -Be fluent in English It is meriting if you - Have experience from the telecom business (from an operator, supplier or mediation system experience - Have experience from a software product company with customer implementation projects - Have a technical background and experience in SQL - Speak additional languages You will be based in Stockholm and the role involves extensive traveling.Make sure to mark your application with Customer Project Manager.We need your complete application in Swedish or English including the following by February 16th, 2007: 1.Introductory letter 2.Curriculum Vitae 3.Diploma incl.grades from university 4.Two references with contact details
