Customer Project Manager (CPM) Education and Qualifications Essential: *"Degree" level intellect Experience/ Skills Essential: *Project Management experience which includes experience of managing Systems Integration Projects with proven responsibility in all phases; - pre-sales, pre-study, project delivery *Experience of managing third party suppliers/partners within projects essential *Proven ability to adapt, improve and implement handling of scope, risks, changes inc.customer adaptations, solution management/support.*Customer Management experience with proven experience in presentations, negotiations, agreements, disagreements, customer expectations and relations Desirable: *Good operational and technical knowledge of telecoms in an evolving market.*Have experience of managing projects with Prince2 Personal Attributes Essential: *Analytical and methodical *Ability to think out of the box *Ability to work within a team environment with good communication skills *Excellent attention to detail and must be able to report any problems as quickly and accurately as possible Mindful of attention to detail *Able to prioritize and work within tight time scales in order to meet deadlines *Can accept and act upon constructive criticism Desirable: *Able to work under pressure *Flexible approach to work Personal Circumstances Essential: *Due to the nature of the companies services, t he jobholder must on occasion, be willing and available to work extra hours and travel if the needs of the company require it *Present an acceptable appearance at all times
