Customer Quality Technician

Your Job specifikation:
* First contact and technical intervention for VCT plant and other Brose Sweden customers
* Create reports related to customer quality concerns incl. handling of erbfax list
* Follow up customer concerns and implement short term actions in cooperation with other Q-staff
* Analysis of customer claims incl. 8d reporting in SPFU and similar systems (customer web service)
* Responsible for implementing long term corrective actions on accepted customer claims in cooperation with other Q-staff

Your Profile:
* 4 years professional experience in automobile or supplier industry
* Good interpersonal skills
* Self-assertiveness
* Communicative and negotiation strengths
* Good mechanical knowhow
* Fluently written and oral Swedish and English
