Sale Nordic Staffing Services AB Om kunden We are looking for a Customer Relations Manager to a big international company within FMCG. It s a fast growing company with high focus on marketing strategy and sales. You will be employed as a temp through Sale Nordic Staffing Services to start of with and for the right person there will be an opportunity to get hired directly. Dina arbetsuppgifter . Support customers with Space Management solutions in order to ensure growth and secure best possible placement and visibility for the portfolio in retail through key account and field force. . Develop, monitor and evaluate (in co op with key stakeholders) CDR activities in order to strengthen customer relations & loyalty in all sales channels in line with brand strategies . Contribute to develop and implement placement and distribution strategies for the End Market . Manage ongoing assortment analysis on customer level to identify trends, GAP s and growth possibilities for the company's portfolio, recommend actions to Brand Marketing, Field Force HORECA and KA . Develop and recommend delisting activities on competitor products based on assortment analysis in order to increase visibility . Develop central and local planogrammes in line with trade windows for the End Market - Provide key account and the field force with updated planogrammes - Secure ongoing implementation and communication of guidelines for A- placement . Develop, manage and evaluate internal and customer driven shelf tests in order to develop sales in the category . Drive Consumer Dialogue through Retail (CDR) - Develop Retail Engagement Programs (REP) & other CDR initiatives in all sales channels for the end market. - Develop, implement and evaluate programmes . Assessment of end market CDR capabilities, future needs and recommendations . Follow up on competitors' actions regarding space management and CDR . Manage relationship with external communication agencies in the End-Market - Collaborate with agencies to generate innovative proposals on trade programmes Krav & önskemål . Bachelor's degree (Marketing and Consumer Insights) . 1-2 year experience from FMCG (sales, trade marketing or marketing) Functional Knowledge & Skills . Analytical . Proficiency in Excel and Access tools (management of databases) . Strong communication and presentation skills . Project management . Customer engagement . Fluent in Swedish and English .
