Customer Relationship Manager - Swedish

The Job Role ------------------------------------------- The Customer Relationship Managers are required to sell a range of our product to existing customers through outbound telephone calling.In doing so, they will provide our customers with a professional and courteous service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships. Functions ------------------------------------ * Manage and maintain a database of accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targets * Strengthen existing relationship with its high-value customers * Discover how customers use their promotional products and prepare consultative promotional solutions to meet each customer's unique situation * Coordinate with other departments as necessary to meet customer expectations * Participation in product projects when required * Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management Skills/Attributes/Requirements -------------------------------------------------------- * Good telephone manner: courteous, clear speech, good call management, assertive * Be fluent in Swedish * Have previous experience within a sales environment, particularly direct sales and with a proven sales ability * Achieve and/or exceed sales targets using defined sales techniques * Be adept at identifying and developing new sales opportunities for the company * Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure * Be computer literate, with good keyboard skills; familiar with different on-line data-base packages * Possess good communication and listening skills with a pleasant telephone manner * Possess good problem solving skills * Be a good team player We can assist with relocation to Ireland.
