Location: Dublin - Ireland Salary: EUR18,800/yrs + 10% bonus based on team performances Role Description: The customer service representative provides support for our customers and business partners providing all forms of product support, from informational calls to problem solving.Representatives are also required to support Our customers with contracts by taking consumable orders with strong focus on achieving financial cost targets.The role is to positively and effectively manage customer interactions, the aim of which is to provide solutions by using company tools such as telephone, e-mail, internet, mentors and knowledge database.Successful candidates will demonstrate their ability to consistently contribute to the achievement of set performance targets through all activities. Skills Essential . Fluency in Danish and English (Written, Oral & Aural) . Computer and Keyboard Skills .Good analytical skills and technical knowledge . Excellent customer handling skills Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Answer Telephone calls and deal with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for our customers.- Provide Hardware and Software Telephone support with a goal to meet set targets consistently.- Validate customer service entitlements - Positively manage internal relationships - Contribute positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects of the teams' activities.- Use and improve Knowledge Bases through feedback
