Angelfish HB are looking for an office admin assistant to become an integral part of our small, friendly office in Göteborg. The role will include dealing directly with both suppliers and retail customers, updating stock systems and taking customer orders.We sell a variety of products so there is never a dull moment!The person we are looking for must have: * Excellent English language skills, a second language is a bonus but not necessary.* Good working knowledge of computers, comfortable using email.* Confident speaking on the telephone, you must have a good telephone manner.* You will ideally have worked in a customer service role previously.* Good organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.* A desire to grow within the role and expand our systems would also be a distinct bonus.
