Timepiece, Serviços de Consultoria LDA; offers telecom and internet services in 7 European countries under the name Universal Telecom.We are expanding our team in Funchal Madeira, with the following opening: Customer Service Administration personnel.Your main working tasks will consist of: handling correspondence handling complaints handling invoices to some extent collecting debts assisting the other staff members of the group in their functions Preferably the person we are looking for has some training in working with economy or a degree in economics.As one of your main tasks will be to handle customer complaints you need to have a high level of spoken and written Swedish.We would prefer if you had basic knowledge of handling invoices and collecting debts.You need to be able to independently solve problems and come to quick decisions.On the other hand you will have the chance to work and live on one of the most beautiful islands in the world, where the sun, sea and mountains are never far away. We offer 12 months contracts with accommodation and flight ticket to Madeira and return, and competitive salary.
