Customer Service Advisor Milton Keynes,UK

The client

The role:
Receiving phone calls from Swedish customers, taking orders and answering general queries.
Responsible for creating and owning issues in Contact Tracking.
Receiving and responding to E-mail correspondence or forwarding for action as required.
Translation and proof reading as required.
Initial administration resulting from customers calls.

The person:
Previous Customer Service Experience
Fluency in both spoken English and Swedish
PC skills, to include Microsoft Office


Salary/Benefits:
16000 pa
22 days holiday (increasing to 30)
