Vi söker just nu, för ett internationellt företag strax utanför London, en svensktalande för ett fast jobb inom kundtjänst.


- Startlön £23.500 per år + benefits

- Ca 20 min med tåg till/från centrala London



Skills / Experience needed:

- Able to demonstrate a true passion for talking to customers
- Excellent communication skills ( spoken & written )
- Strong work ethic and a self starter
- Able to deal with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Strong keyboard / typing skills ( ideally 40 wpm or more )
- Able to work in a high volume office which is fast paced
- Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Able to work well in a team or on your own initiative
- Fluent in Swedish and English ( speak - read - write )



The main job duties:
- Representing a major fashion brand dealing with all customer support to Swedish and English customers.
- Delivering first class, professional telephone support (inbound/outbound)
- Deal with incoming queries via phone, email and/or forums.
- Be responsible for retaining customers through positive relationship building
- Take ownership of customers concerns and queries.
- Act as a trusted intermediary between the customer and the department to ensure customer satisfaction
- Solve customer queries and problems professionally and smoothly at all times.
