We are rapidly expanding and as we are growing fast, we need to strengthen our team with a dedicated Customer Service Agent. Mercell aims to be the preferred e-tendering platform in Europe and now we are looking for a new team member who enjoys to deliver smooth support and make everyday life easier for our customers.

Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent you will provide excellent support and guidance to our buyers and suppliers in our web based platform, and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. Helping our customers to use and utilize our solution in a good way.

The customers will be mainly Norwegian and Swedish speaking, and you will communicate in both written and spoken language.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in help desk, customer service, IT support or call center. Other service experience may also be of value and will be considered.

Requirements

In the role as Customer Service Agent, you will help and guide our customers with everything from simple IT issues such as password reset and guidance in our systems to more advanced technical support. It is important that you are a communicative person and enjoy managing customer relationships via telephone, e-mail and our ticket system.

To best succeed in this role we believe you have:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service related roles
- Curious about technology understanding
- Experience within Tenders as buyer or supplier, or from similar role in competitor company would be an advantage
- Fluent in Swedish or Norweigan and English, both written and spoken
- Great communication skills
- Strong digital literacy skills and proven ability to navigate within unfamiliar software


Start: According to agreement
Extent: Full time, Permanent
Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00
Location: Stockholm
