Due to great customer growth we are expanding our call centre in Madeira, Portugal.This opening is in our customer service unit, where you will be servicing our customers in Sweden.Your main working tasks will consist of: - giving technical support and orientation - elaborating, sending, receiving and filing correspondence - assisting the other staff members of the group in their functions Ideal candidates for this position have a positive attitude and previous call center experience from working with customer service.Knowledge and understanding of the Scandinavian languages, especially Danish, is a great advantage.You should be a team player, and efficiency along with good organization skills are crucial.You should have good knowledge of computers, however traning will be given.
