Customer Service and Support Representative, Scandinavia THE COMPANY Nielsen Online, a division in The Nielsen Company, focuses on understanding how consumers behave on the Internet. THE ROLE Nielsen Online is looking for a highly motivated and confident full time customer service and support professional to join our successful Swedish commercial team based in our Stockholm office. This role requires excellent communications and customer service skills and some technical aptitude. The position will require working with key clients in the Scandinavia Region, developing and maintaining client satisfaction and applying data to meet client business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITES . Manage and support the relationship with our clients in the Scandinavian region through training, response to client inquiries and setting up client specific reporting. . Manage renewals and new sales towards one of our customer segments . Support the Scandinavian sales team on delivering value to our clients. . Provide input to Product Managers regarding Scandinavian product needs . Maintain and update our customer database. . Business administration (E.g. Client invoicing questions) THE PERSON . Experience and Qualifications . Internet expertise . Degree in Business or Research related discipline Critical Functional Competencies . Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in Swedish and English . Ability to understand data and extract key findings for different clients . The ability to confidently manage client relationships .
