The Customer Service Team works with incoming questions from customers via phone, chat and e-mail. The team is a central contact area for customers and your duties include receiving orders, helping with questions about products and orders and processing returns and complaints. Since you will assist customers from all over the Nordic countries, English is the most common language and it is therefore necessary that you are fluent in both speaking and writing.
For the Customer Service Team in Malmö we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant (CSA). The CSA will assist the Customer Service Representative with easier tasks, it is an entry position and therefore has lower requirements.
In this position, you will be part of a Customer Service Team and in order to thrive it is important that you are a team player. To succeed in the role it also requires you to be outgoing, helpful and that you are committed to providing good service.
Initially, as a new employee, you will receive an introduction and training in both product knowledge and service. Over time, there are good career paths within the company for the right candidate.
The position is full-time, starting in January 2021. The work hours are Monday-Friday 8-17.
Requirements for the service:
Fluent in English and Swedish, both in speech and writing.
1-2 years of experience of working with customers, service or administration.
Interest in working and communicating with people.
Good computer experience
Preferred but not essential:
Knowledge in Finnish and/or Danish and/or Norwegian
Interest in technology and/or electronics
Experience does a lot, but for us it is the personal attitude that is crucial. If you recognize the personality we are looking for but lack the experience, you are still welcome with your application!
