CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK

with English and one or more of FRENCH, GERMAN, SPANISH, PORTUGUESE, ITALIAN, DUTCH, SWEDISH,DANISH, FINNISH, NORWEGIAN, TURKISH, GREEK, POLISH or HUNGARIAN language skills.

Responsibilities:

.Administration of orders
.Communication mainly via e-mail
.Accurate and regular work with clients applications and databases
.Data reporting and controlling
.Responsibilities for finding solutions related to your work

Requirements:
.Minimum High school degree
.Communicative knowledge
of the above mentioned languages
.Positive attitude to solving problems
.Organizational and communication skills
.Stress resistance
.PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
