Description
Hydro Polymers is the Petrochemicals business of Hydro with headquarters in Oslo, Norway, manufacturing PVC polymers and compounds in several European locations. With our Eastern European business growing and the opening of a Russian Sales office we will strengthen our logistics with this new function. This is a new opportunity as Customer service co-ordinator for Eastern Europe, your office base will be in Stenungsund (Sweden) but your responsibility will cover all deliveries to the Eastern European region cooperating with the local sales manger. You will be the interface between the customer and internal logistic at our production sites in Norway, Sweden and the UK. You will be part of a very determined and focused customer service team, you will be working in a friendly and busy office.

Areas of responsibility/Role
Customer contacts, follow up Eastern European Warehouse(s), Processing sales order using SAP R3, planning of future deliveries, transport documentation and Invoicing.
As a person you like to work in a tem, you enjoy to communicate with people in spoken as well as written. You are a dedicated person with drive and initiative, you have experience and understanding for different cultures(company cultures as well as regional cultures)

Qualifications
Education on high school level required. Understanding of Logistics and import/export procedures. Shipping experience. Experience in a Customer Service environment. Fluent in Russian, English as well as one of the Scandinavian languages. Basic knowledge in other European languages would be an advantage. Computer experience.
