Description Stora Enso Publication Paper is planning to reorganize and consolidate its sales desk activities into three Customer Service Centres in Europe. Customer Service Centre North will be responsible for the order handling and customer service for customers in Scandinavia, Finland and Baltics. Additionally, this service centre will take care of the agent business order handling. We are looking to fill 11 Customer Service Coordinator positions in the different country teams at the Customer Service Centre North. This position belongs to the Publication Paper Marketing & Sales organisation and offers an interesting job opportunity in an international work environment. The main tasks of the Customer Service Coordinator are: * Daily customer contact; commercial approach to maximise sales, advise on paper choice and take care of sample requests * Receive, process, and confirm orders and call-offs; track stock levels and stock categories * Issue invoices/rebates/crediting; monitor customer sales plan/sub-quota/credit limits/overdue payments and take the needed action * Maintain customer related system data (BDS) and price agreements * Communicate daily with account management and mill order planning Requirements Applicant should preferably have: * College/upper secondary school degree * 3 years experience in sales and customer service * Knowledge of Publication Paper business and sales processes is an advantage * Good communication and interpersonal skills * System/process knowledge (Fenix, SAP R/3 sales receivables, Cognos, above processes) * Commercial attitude, ability to analyse situations and solve problems * Ability to perform many different tasks simultaneously under time pressure * Good communication skills in both verbal and written English and the language needed to serve the dedicated customers (Swedish, Finnish or Russian), other CSC languages are an advantage
