Poolia is recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator & Financial Assistant to Polygiene AB in Malmö. The position is full-time. Preferably, you could start in June or within one to two months.

Arbetsuppgifter

You are offered a challenging and developing position in an international environment.

The Customer Service Coordinator & Financial Assistant will be responsible for:

• Customer service
• Order management
• Freight handling
• Invoicing
• Accounts payable
• Daily bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts
• Sales analysis (controlling)

Utbildning/erfarenhet

We believe you have at least 3-5 years of experience from customer service, order management and/or accounting. It is important that you have previous experience from exports.

Fluency in speaking and writing English and in Swedish is a prerequisite for the position. It is very valuable (but not required) if you also have a strong command regarding Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese or Thai.

In order to be successful in the position we believe you are goal-oriented, structured, thorough and have a high attention to details. You also have strong communication skills and problem solving ability. It is also important that you are service-minded and able to work cross-functionally.

The probationary period will be six (6) months.
