Temporary position during dummer holidays Damco Customer Service plays an important role as the contact point for our customers on a daily basis to deliver what our customers expect from us.Co-operation within the team and with other departments is vital as well as keeping a high level of quality in the tasks performed. The Customer Service department in Norrköping consists of 6 motivated and internationally oriented client coordinators.Together we provide world class customer service to all Damco customers.We are looking to strengthen the department during the summer months and are therefore looking for one summer-temp.The work will mainly be focused on administrative tasks such as invoicing and handling of supplier invoices.Approximate timing is from beginning of June until end of August, but can be discussed.Client Coordinator The ideal candidate has the following qualifications: Working experience as an administrative or accounting assistant Experience from customer service departments in same or other industries Good IT skills (work experience in SAP is an advantage) Good communication skills We also expect You to have: A keen interest in doing a good job The sense of urgency, initiative and independence but at the same time put "we" before "I".Attach your CV and cover letter.We do not accept applications via email.
