Damco is a brand under APM Global Logistics and is the result of the rebranding of Maersk Logistics forwarding, air and landside activities.Our office is located just south of Stockholm in Årstaberg.Damco Customer Service plays an important role as the contact point for our customers on a daily basis to deliver what our customers expect from us.Co-operation within the team and with other departments is vital as well as keeping a high level of quality in the tasks performed.The Damco Customer Service department in Stockholm consists of 6 motivated and internationally oriented client coordinators.Together we provide world class customer service to all Damco customers.We are now looking to further strengthen our Ocean freight department with one full-time permanent staff.Client Coordinator The ideal candidate has the following qualifications: - Working experience as a freight forwarder - Good IT skills (knowledge in SAP is an advantage) - Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing - Good communication skills We also expect you to have: - The ambition to do a superior job and have the ability to handle high volumes of work in excellent co-operation with internal customers, colleagues and other involved parties - The desire and ability to take on responsibility and hence deliver on set goals - The sense of urgency, initiative and independence but at the same time put "we" before "I" - Have a desire to keep a high level of quality in tasks performed - Be innovative and welcoming change - Be comfortable with a certain amount of repetitive work tasks - Have an interest in the financial aspects behind the everyday business.Please apply through our website at www.maersk.com under "vacancies" as soon as possible but no later than February 12, 2008.Attach your CV and cover letter.We do not accept applications via e-mail or mail.
