Maersk Logistics Customer Service plays an important role as the contact point for our customers on a daily basis to deliver what our customers expect from us.Co-operation within the team and with other departments is vital as well as keeping a high level of quality in the tasks performed.The Customer Service department in Stockholm consists of 15 motivated and internationally oriented client coordinators.Together we provide world class customer service to all Maersk Logistics customers.As one of our colleagues is on maternity leave we are looking for her replacement for 8 months until 2008-09-30.More specifically the position will mainly be focused on administrative tasks such as invoicing and handling of supplier invoices.Client Coordinator The ideal candidate has the following qualifications: - Working experience in the shipping industry - Experience from customer service departments in same or other industries - Good IT skills (knowledge in SAP and MODS is an advantage) - Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.- Good communication skills.We also expect You to have: - The ambition to do a superior job and have the ability to handle high volumes of work in excellent co-operation with customers, colleagues and other involved parties - The desire and ability to take on responsibility and hence deliver what we promise to our external and internal customers - The sense of urgency, initiative and independence but at the same time put "we" before "I".- Have an outstanding attention to details - Be innovative and welcoming change Please apply through our website at www.maersk.com under "vacancies" as soon as possible but no later than February 12, 2008.Attach your CV and cover letter.We do not accept applications via e-mail or mail.
