[ Fujitsu Services is looking for a Customer Services Manager You will lead the efforts of our service Desks delivery to customers and ensure the delivery of contracted service commitments as well as lead the work of continuous service improvements, typically You manage, develop and motivate team leaders & technical service staff directly and/or indirectly in order to build business capability.[ Our helpdesks are based at Lidingö, Stugun and Västerås.We have support in Swedish, Danish, Finnish, English, German and Russian language and are open 24 hours a day 365 days per year.Your main targets are to * innovate & improve productivity * Deliver impeccable service and develop effective relationships and teams.In this role you have ownership of control service costs & improve productivity of high complexity contracts for customers & Fujitsu Services.[In conjunction with the customer (typically at IT manager level) you stimulate and define requirements for delivery of service as part of an IT Service Strategy.You then ensure such services are professionally introduced and accepted by the teams.You also lead and contribute to the innovation of the continual improvement of Service Delivery standards & practices for the customer contracts and Service Delivery community.In order to succeed in this role, we wish to see the following experience in the ideal candidate: * Strong people management capability * Service Delivery Expertise[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ * Understanding Client Operations * Contract Adherence * Monitoring and Reporting * Offer Definition & Value Propositions * Risk Management * Presentation/communication/negotiation skills
