About the role

You will be leading and taking care of our awesome Second Line Customer Service Team. Besides, you will both support team members, develop their skills and also be actively involved in daily work when needed. Also, you will be collaborating and supporting the First Line Manager when needed.

What you’ll be doing

- Make sure our customers love using Quinyx
- Lead our awesome Second Line Customer Service Team
- Directly coach and follow up team members in the second line team.
- Support the First-line Manager.
- Be directly involved in cases with customers when needed.
- Follow up team members' performance, give regular feedback (positive and constructive) and coach team members in their daily work.
- Work closely with the First Line Manager to further develop Customer Services, decide on priorities and solve upcoming problems.
- Lead the work within your team and distribute work tasks to optimize results and develop team members. Make priorities when necessary.


What you’ll bring to the team

- Be the co-owner and driver of developing our processes and ways of working
- Coordinate both proactive and reactive actions for customers, together with the rest of Quinyx, however mainly with the Sales, Customer Success, Customer Onboarding and Product Owner teams
- Take responsibility for channel management within the Customer Service. Drive strategy within this area and drive changes/management.
- Be the main strategic contact and point of escalation for customer-related issues
- Take ownership of the delivery of yearly departmental goals and budget, including ongoing updates and evaluations.
- Spread the Quinyx culture to your team, as well as the company as a whole by always acting as a role model, focusing on the Quinyx core values.

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who will join Quinyx until March 2022 with a possibility to stay longer in the company.
