CUSTOMER SERVICE / MARKETING ASSISTANT FOR ONLINE STORE FOCUSING ON THE NETHERLANDS BRANDOS was first launched in Sweden in 2006 and is the largest online shoe store in Scandinavia.A wide range of footwear products are offered in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland with free shipping and free returns.There are currently about 170 brands and more than 3000 styles on offer.We are now planning to open a BRANDOS store for the Netherlands, and are looking for somebody to help us with this.The position will include responsibility for our Dutch customer service as well as helping with marketing efforts targeting the Netherlands.Among other things: * Taking care of inquiries to the customer service through email from Dutch customers * Writing product descriptions for our products in Dutch * Helping with translation and administration of various types of marketing targeting the Dutch market, like Google Adwords and other ad texts * Potentially other administrative tasks as well We want you to have the following profile: * Good general computing skills - you must be able to work quickly and efficiently with our systems * Good knowledge of the Dutch language, both spoken and especially written It is also a plus if you * Have knowledge of other Northern European languages such that you can work on tasks related to our other stores on occasion * Have an interest in fashion and shoes Brandos has a relatively small organisation which means that each co-worker is important for the overall operations of the company.We are happy to see our staff grow with us and take on greater responsibilities over time.The position is for full-time employment and based at our headquarters in central Stockholm.Send you application with resume and grades to the address below:
