(norsk kundtjänst / marknadsassistent till nätbutik med inriktning mot Norge).BRANDOS was first launched in Sweden in 2006 and is the largest online shoe store in Scandinavia.A wide range of footwear products are currently offered in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, and storefronts for Germany and the Netherlands will open in spring 2009.There are currently about 180 brands and more than 3400 styles on offer.We are now looking for someone to work with our Norwegian store.The position will include responsibility for our Norwegian customer service as well as helping with marketing efforts targeting Norway.Among other things: * Taking care of inquiries to the customer service through email from Norwegian customers * Writing product descriptions for our products in Norwegian * Helping with translation and administration of various types of marketing targeting the Norwegian market, like Google Adwords and other ad texts * Potentially other administrative tasks as well We want you to have the following profile: * Good general computing skills - you must be able to work quickly and efficiently with our systems * Good knowledge of the Norwegian language, both spoken and especially written It is also a plus if you * Have knowledge of other Northern European languages such that you can work on tasks related to our other stores on occasion * Have an interest in fashion and shoes BRANDOS has a relatively small organisation (there are 15 of us today, from 10 different countries) which means that each co-worker is important for the overall operations of the company.We are happy to see our staff grow with us and take on greater responsibilities over time.The position is for full-time employment and based at our headquarters in central Stockholm.Send you application with resume (CV) and grades to the address below:
