Background
Atlas Copco Mining and Rock Service Distribution Centre in Örebro is responsible for distribution of spare parts worldwide for the SED and URE division. The mission of the MRS Distribution Centre is to be a global logistic provider, managing and developing a high qualitative and cost efficient supply chain for our customers.

Right now we are looking for a substitute for our current Customer Service Order & Parts planning manager who will be working on strategic projects and analysis for the Supply Chain.

The Customer Service Order & Parts planning manager is reporting to the Regional Supply Chain and DC manager. He/she will be a member of the MRS Distribution Centre Management Team and will work together with the others in the team to fulfil the MRS strategy of "Keys to success".

The Customer Service Order & Parts planning department consists of 22 white collar employees divided into two teams; Customer Service Order planning and Parts planning. Both teams have team leaders who are responsible to plan the daily work and develop routines and processes.

The mission of the Customer Service Order & Parts planning manager is to:
- secure an efficient, proactive and customer oriented order administration for parts to keep a high service level to our customer centers in the regions
- secure a proactively procurement and parts planning to maintain a high level of availability of parts in stock
- in cooperation with the Divisions Strategic Purchasing continuously improve the supply chain
- secure that we have an adequate but lean and transparent organisation
- secure that we have the right people (personality, knowledge & experience and capacity to grow) and that they are sufficiently trained and supported to fulfil their mission
- secure that we have appropriate and efficient processes and measurements in place and that they are followed
- safeguard that everyone in the organisation respects and lives up to our key-values
- cooperate with the other divisions in the business area and Headquarters not to sub-optimize the way we do things
- be an active member of the management team
- work actively and carry out the decided common strategy and activities for Distribution Centre

Experience requirements
You are a person with at least 5 years experience in management of Customer service, procurement or similar job.

Knowledge / Educational requirements
You have a University degree in logistics, economics or equivalent. You have to be fluent in Swedish and English.

Personality requirements
You are a target driven person, committed to deliver results. You have strong leadership skills and are able to empower the team and create trustworthy and fair relations and you are open minded to incorporate new ideas into your work in order to exceed benchmarks level.

Other
This is a temporary position for 12 months. We will continuously start the interview process.
