Customer Service Representative

We have an opening for a Finnish speaking Customer Service Representative to our Malmö office. This is a permanent position and the person will report to the Customer Service Manager responsible for the Nordic team within Chemicals.

Key Responsibilities
During your working day you have a lot of internal and external contacts by email and incoming phone calls. Your main responsibilities are to:

- Be responsible for taking orders, register orders, delivery information, credits etc. in a quick and correct manner.
- Build strong, proactive relationships with customers to develop growth opportunities and ensure customer retention
- Notify relevant personnel of customer purchasing trends
- Action any customer correspondence and Visit reports as required
- Collate customer information as requested
- Discuss and respond to customer needs
- Assist investigation and the resolve of customer complaints

We Are Looking For
You have at least a degree from upper secondary school. You must have experience from similar tasks in Customer Service or other service positions.

You have a high level of service both to our customers as well as to our other departments. You are used to working in a PC environment and knowledge in SAP is advantageous.

This position requires you to be fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken as well as having a good understanding of Swedish. As you will be working with all Nordic countries an understanding of Norwegian and Danish is an advantage. English is our corporate language.
