Position: Customer Service Representative -Distributor Desk.

General summary :
Managing the customer/distributor relationship form a customer service perspective:
- Liaison between the customer/distributor and company organization
- Ensuring requests and requirements are handled and closed timely and correctly using the appropriate company resources

- Enter process, including validation of data required to enter order correctly.
- Provide (telephone) information to distributors in relation to the order status.
- Responsible for meeting distributor requirements related to order processing (receiving, entering, delivering) and strive for improvements.
- Responsible for quality of service and deadlines commitment to distributors.
- Handle customer complaints and engage appropriate people to adequately resolve the complaint.
- Respect all the relevant fiscal requirements (VAT, Export, etc.).
- Monitor credit limits.
- Co-operate with colleagues professionally, reporting success and problems to the relevant counter-part. (Sales, Marketing, Finance, ESSC).

Requirements
- Minimum 2 year qualification in customer service environment.
- Excellent language and communication skills
- Customer focused
- Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
- Attention to detail
