Customer Service Representative (For E-desk)

This company was established in 1998, with the remit to create independently managed outsourced services within the Customer Care sector. They supply a range of services from information provision and reservations through to actioning complex financial transactions. Currently they handle over 2 million transactions within a structured Service Level Agreement environment.
They are based in Norwich, Amsterdam and Enschede and operate a 7 day per week.
Their customer service center in Amsterdam handle fight reservations and give information and support to their clients. Customer contact are done via inbound or outbound telephone calls, e-mail handling and web support or formal written correspondence.

Main Tasks
As a Customer Care Representative for the E-Service Desk you are responsible for giving general information in an effective way to website customers by telephone. You give general information, support and service to customers in order to improve customer satisfaction. You will provide management information with the wrap up tool as well as via pro-active contact with Mentor and Supervisor.

Requirements
- Have a higher general secondary education (HAVO) level of work and perception / senior secondary professional education (MBO).
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Native speaker of Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
- Preferably have experience in travel-market or travel related market.
- Preferably have experience in working within Tourism or in a Call Centre
- Have good computer skills
- Willing to work shifts (8am-11pm )
- Have a Dutch working permit if necessary.
- Able to provide good customer service.
- Have good communication skills (written and spoken).
- Flexible.
- Work well with others in a team.
- Enthusiastic and committed.
- Quality minded.

All new employees starts with a training to learn about the companies products, procedures and computer system.

Travel costs to work will be paid
