specialise in providing complete flooring solutions. We are a global
organisation, represented in over 100 countries. One of our four European
Customer Service Centres is based in very attractive offices in
Scherpenzeel, in the centre of Holland.
Main Tasks
This is a highly commercial role, with the purpose of improving business
performance across Scandinavia. Your responsibilities will be challenging
and wide ranging.
In this job you give the best service and support to our customers in Norway and Sweden by providing dynamic verbal information and advice on customer's enquiries, sample requests, pricing issues, order confirmations, daily sales and open order achievement, in such a way that existing and potential customers are encouraged to purchase from the company. You will be building a partnership of understanding and trust with regular customers and forming relationships with new customers.
Requirements
After college and a minimum of 2 years commercial education, 2 to 3 years
experience is required.
We are looking for native speakers in the Norwegian language and sound
skills in the Swedish and English language. You will also have good
administrative, commercial and computer skills.
