Our client, a fortune 500 company, is a diversified Service, Technology & Manufacturing Company with operations in more than 100 companies all over the world.
Customer Service is located in the European Headquarters in Bergen op Zoom, in The Netherlands. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to serve their customers in Scandinavias.
Main Tasks
.Assist customers on the phone.
.Manage the deliveries of their customers from Order to Delivery
.Identify commercial opportunities and increase sales
.Handle practical problems on matching customer demand versus
supply
Requirements
.Fluent in English and Swedish(write and speak)
.Education in Business Administration or a relevant equivalent
.Previous relevant work experience in customer service
.Service minded and have a high level of commitment
.Excellent communication skills and be a keen team player
