My client, an international healthcare company is building a new Customer Service desk in Dublin. They are urgently looking for Finnish, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian candidates to join their dynamic Customer Services team.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be mainly responsible for providing an excellent customer service to Business Customers in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication and administrative skills.

Main responsibilities:

.Dealing with inbound calls from Business customers
.Resolving queries
.Orders Processing
.Data entry / Data transfer
.Contribution to Process Improvement

Ideal Profile:

-Fluent in Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian + Excellent English
-Experience in a customer services environment or in administration is a big plus
-Strong organizational skills
-Strong communication skills
-Good team Player
