The Customer Service team provides their customers with a 24-hour service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.Therefore, you should be able to work some evenings, nights and weekends if required.Your profile We are looking for a service minded team worker with good general technical knowledge, preferably within telecommunications.You have excellent communication skills and you are motivated by solving customer problems.You like to be part of a dynamic team which places emphasis on teamwork and social skills.You are a problem solver with great analytical capabilities and are able to follow rather complex instructions and guidelines.You are fluent in Swedish and English and it is preferred if you also speak Russian, French, Spanish, Dutch or German fluently.Other language skills could also be interesting.Some experience of working within the telecommunication sector, for example from a customer service function is ideal.If you have a great interest in Telecommunications and some related education, you can still be an interesting candidate.
